Pain and pleasure is when a human being feels pain because one of his sensesُ organs has extremely stressed itself. Where as pleasure is when someone indulges himself as much as he could and get away from anything that causes pain to himself and hurts it. The beauty of the poetic text appears when two contradictions occur together in the same poetic line, just like when two contradictions live together in life; they live and struggle in one poem. Diversity of Heamatogenetic Markers in Kirkuk Population

  Immuno-haematological genetic markers study was carried out to understand the genetic background variations among Kirkuk (Iraq) indigenous population. A cross-sectional study of 179 patients with thalassemia major was conducted in Kirkuk. A detailed review was undertaken to define the relationships between ethnic origins, phenotype and immuno-genetic markers uniformity in relation to genetic isolation and interethnic admixture. HLA Diversity in Iraqi Population: Molecular Typing

Background: Different populations show various human leukocyte antigens (HLA). Data of HLA distribution is important in field of vaccines, therapy, Anthropology and for future studies of disease association with HLA.
Objective: To highlight on frequency of HLA alleles in Iraqi population by using molecular technique.
Patients and methods: Two hundred individuals were genotyped for HLA class I and II alleles by polymerase chain reaction sequence-specific oligonucleotides (PCR-SSO).
