على الرغم من تغيير أشخاص الحكم في إيران، إلا أَن نمط المحافظة على أهداف الثورة بقي يتسم بمفهوم المحدد الثابت في توظيف السياسات الداخلية والخارجية لدى قيادات السلطة التنفيذية، ومع هذا باتت هناك العديد من المتغيرات الداخلية التي تفرض نفسها على إدارة النظام في مختلف الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، وفي المجالات السياسية والأمنية، وهذا ما يميز النظام السياسي الإيراني عن سائر النظم السياسية العالمية ، الذي يتمتع بسمته الدينية وتعتمد نظرية ولاية الفقيه كأساس للحكم، وهي ميزة دستورية فريدة، فضلاً عن طبيعة تركيبته المعقدة والمتشابكة والمتداخلة . فالرئيس الإيراني الحالي حسن روحاني ورث اقتصاداً متعثراً في الداخل ومجموعة من المشكلات على الصعيد الخارجي، فضلاً عن القضايا الداخلية والخارجية على تماس مباشر. تواجه إيران اليوم ضغوط خارجية حول العديد من القضايا ، الى جانب الخلافات والانقسامات المذهبية ، التي تزيد من الرفض الإقليمي لإيران من دول الخليج العربي ، والقضية الفلسطينية والموقف الإيراني إزاءها، ورفض عملية السلام في الشرق الأوسط، ودعم الفصائل الفلسطينية المسلحة ، لا سيما حماس – وحزب الله في لبنان ، على الرغم من أَن لكل منهما تأثيراته وخصائصه وانعكاساته الداخلية والخارجية ، إلا أن أهم ما فيهما أنهما أثرتا وتأثرتا بشكل كبير في طبيعة العلاقة مع إيران ، وإن كانت بنسب متفاوتة، كل ذلك يدفع باتجاه التصعيد الأمريكي تجاه إيران، لعدم تخليها عن مواقفها اتجاه بعض القضايا في الشرق الأَوسط. كما قد أتهمت الولايات المتحدة النظام السياسي الإيراني بأنتهاكه لحقوق الإنسان وغياب الديمقراطية وعدم السماح للمعارضة السياسية بممارسة نشاطها ووجود المحاكم الثورية وغياب حرية الصحافة والبرنامج النووي,الذي يمثل نقطة مهمة وسبب من الأسباب التي تدعو الى تغيير النظام السياسي الإيراني. فالمنطقة اليوم بجناحيها العربي والإيراني، بأَمس الحاجة الى الأَمن والاستقرار والاهتمام بمشروعات التنمية والعمران ، ولهذا فإن أَي جهد سياسي أَو إعلامي أَو أَمني يزيد من فرص واحتمالات التوتر، هي جهود ليست في صالح العرب وإيران، وإنما تضر بحاضرهما ومستقبلهما. وعليه يشير الواقع الإيراني إلى أن المجتمع وصل إلى حد الإشباع من المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ولم يبق لديه الطاقة لتقبل المزيد، لذا فإن اتجاه إيران نحو الانفتاح على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي يرجع في المقام الأول إلى ماشهدته المنطقة من تغيرات ألقت بظلالها على صانع القرار الإيراني لتدفعه إلى الاعتدال وإتباع سياسة أكثر مهادنة مع الغرب. بناءً على ماتقدم، تحاول الباحثة في هذه الدراسة مناقشة موضوع (النظام السياسي الإيراني في عهد الإصلاحين حسن روحاني أنموذجاً)، بالأعتماد على منهجين: المنهج التاريخي ، الذي كان لا بد منه لدراسة بعض الجوانب التاريخية المهمة، والمنهج الوظيفي، الذي يقوم على دراسة الدولة في علاقاتها الداخلية والخارجية ،أذ انتظمت الدراسة بأربعة فصول فضلاً عن المقدمة والخاتمة , فقد خصص الفصل الأول لدراسة التغيرات في النظام السياسي الإيراني في الحقبة التي سبقت الرئيس حسن روحاني1997-2013، وقد جاء هذا الفصل في مبحثين ، في حين تناولنا في الفصل الثاني النظام السياسي الإيراني وأَهم التحديات التي يواجهها الرئيس حسن روحاني ، وقد قسم على مبحثين، وجاء الفصل الثالث بعنوان المؤثرات الإقليمية والدولية في عهد الرئيس حسن روحاني، وقد قسم على مبحثين، أَما الفصل الرابع والأخير فقد تحدثت فيه الباحثة عن التغيرات المستقبلية في النظام السياسي الإيراني في حقبة الرئيس حسن روحاني، ضمن ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة ، لتخلص الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات تضمنتها الخاتمة.
In this paper, the generalized inverted exponential distribution is considered as one of the most important distributions in studying failure times. A shape and scale parameters of the distribution have been estimated after removing the fuzziness that characterizes its data because they are triangular fuzzy numbers. To convert the fuzzy data to crisp data the researcher has used the centroid method. Hence the studied distribution has two parameters which show a difficulty in separating and estimating them directly of the MLE method. The Newton-Raphson method has been used.

The aim of this work is to perform an experimental study for the effect of forced vertical vibrations on free convection heat transfer coefficient, from flat plate made of Aluminum with dimension (300 Length*100 Width*3 thickness mm).It's heated under a constant heat flux of (250-1500 W/m2 ) upward. The flat plate was located horizontally or inclined in multiple angles at rang of (0o , 30o , 45o 60o ، 90o ). The experimental study is carried out at a range of frequency (2-16 Hz) ، the amplitude at the range of (1.63-7.16 mm), and the Rayleigh number at the rang (138.991< Ra <487.275).
