يعد الامن النفسي من الحاجات الاساسية اللازمة للنمو النفسي السليم لكل فرد، واذا ما اشبعها الانسان تهيأ لاشباع حاجاته النفسية والاجتماعية الاخرى. وتشتمل هذه الحاجة على تجنب الالم والتحرر من الخوف اياً كان مصدره والشعور بالطمأنينة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والجسمية والحصول على تقبل الاخرين ورضاهم، فضلاً عن تقبل الفرد لنفسه وقناعته ورضاه عنها.

The aim of the current study is to identify the effectiveness of cognitive conflict strategy in comprehending reading among literary fifth students in literature and literature texts. Test anxiety for intermediate level The current study aims to measure the test anxiety of research’s sample and to identify the statistical differences of test anxiety, considering two variables gender and students classes level (first and third intermediate class). The aimes of this study is to investigate Optimism and Pessimism among university undergraduates including the first and fourth stage students ,the sample of this stoudy contained (326) students ,(166) male and (160) female, The researcher adopted a scale of Dember et al (1889) translated and adjusted  to arabic version by Al-Dosoke (2001). The results have shown that   students have  optimism including the first and fourth stage and no significant difference between the students  as far as ncluding the first and fourth  study stage and gender, Implications of the results and recommendations for further research are discussed.
