This study has been carried out in the Station of Poultry Researches which is affiliated to the General Office of Agricultural Researches / Ministry of Agriculture during the period from 01/04/2018 to 14/05/2018 there are 300 one day old chick of type (Ross 308) used in this study, and has been fed on diets which green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) has been added to it with the levels 0.5 , 1 , 1.5 , 2 g/kg as a feed for the treatments T 2 , T 3 , T 4 and T 5 respectively and compared to the control treatment T 1 which is devoid of addition, every treatment included three replicates each one has 20 birds in order to study the effect of adding a various levels of green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) to the diet on the productive performance for meat broiler and fat oxidation indicators in meat. The result has showed a significant increasing (P<0.05) in body weight rate and feed consumption rate by birds of the treatments T 2 , T 3 , T 4 and T 5 compared to the control treatment T 1 which has led to the significant increasing (P<0.05) in feed conversion ratio during the test period, as for the dressing percentage and the percentages of the internal bowels so that the highest rate of refinement has been recorded in the treatment T 3 which 1% of green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) has been added to its diet and hasn't differ significantly from the other addition treatments, and the highest weight of liver has been recorded in treatment T 5 compared to the control treatment T 1 , and gizzard weight was less in treatment T 3 and shows no significant differences in heart weight whereas the abdominal fat has inversely decreased in all addition treatments with the increasing the levels of green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) in the diet compared with the control treatment, whilst fat oxidation indicators have decreased in meat in all addition treatments inversely with the increasing of green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) in the diet compared with the control treatment. We conclude from this study the possibility of adding 0.5-2 g/kg feed of green tea powder (Camellia sinensis) to the diet to obtain a positive improvement on the productive performance of meat broilers.
