Modern agriculture is challenged by soil degradation, nutrient depletion, plant diseases, and excessive dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. By examining different strains of Pantoea, the study highlights their role in promoting plant growth, improving their tolerance to stress, reducing reliance on synthetic agricultural inputs, and contributing to more sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Using a combination of practical qualitative methods and reliable quantitative data, the research gathers extensive information on how these microbes impact various crops and key soil health indicators. The improvements in plant growth statistics and nutrient levels are often quite astonishing. The results generally suggest that Pantoea ramps up crop productivity and helps revitalize the soil, offering a promising alternative to traditional farming methods that sometimes hurt our ecosystem. These findings gently underscore the value of weaving biological solutions into everyday agriculture, with Pantoea hinting at a greener and more sustainable future. We have found that the use of Pantoea as a biofertilizer is consistent with broader public health goals by promoting healthy diets, reducing chemical pollution, and caring for the environment. This review aims to explore the potential of Pantoea bacteria as biofertilizers and biocontrol agents to address critical challenges in modern agriculture, such as soil degradation, crop disease management, and sustainable yield enhancement. The key issue under investigation is the effectiveness of Pantoea species in enhancing plant growth and resilience while reducing reliance on chemical inputs. This requires collecting qualitative and quantitative data on the effects of Pantoea on different crops, soil health indicators, and market acceptance.
The neo – realism school confirms the using of soft instruments in foreign policy which replaced martial means . this is the age of economies that based on in formatting and interdependence which overpass the national boundaries . This is discussed in the hadeeth of Shaaban's speech, in which there is much talk in modern terms about the ruling
It has to be corrected, improved, weakened or denied, and it has a title (modern)
Shaaban's sermon is a modern study). It is an attempt to judge me after I come
In the text and then came out of the books and works that mentioned the sermon in its verses and then a statement of the ruling
And then I studied the rules and ruled them according to the rules

International law is no longer suffering from violations alone. It is confronting a deeper crisis of credibility: a widening belief that rules that still exist on paper no longer bind the most powerful states in practice.
Soil fertility is a crucial factor in measuring soil quality, it indicates the extent to which soil can support plant life. Soil fertility is measured by the amount of macro and micronutrients, pH, etc. Soil nutrients are depleted after each harvest and therefore must be added. To maintain soil nutrient levels, fertilizer is added to the soil. Adding fertilizer in the precise amount is a matter of great importance because excess or insufficient application can harm plant life and reduce productivity. The use of modern technology is a solution to this problem. Although automated techniques for sowing, weeding, crop harvesting, etc. have been proposed and implemented, none of the techniques are aimed to maintaining soil fertility. The study a

This is due to the negative and irresponsible impact of man and his innovations in various industrial and technological fieldsthat have damaged the natural environment. Architecture and cities at the broader level are some of the man made components that caused these negative impacts and in the same time affected by them. What distinguishes architectural and urban projects is the consumption of large . quantities of natural resources and production larger amounts of waste and pollution, along the life of these projects. This study evaluates the economic, environmental, and sustainability impacts of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into irrigation management under semiarid conditions. Field experiments conducted at the Al‐Ra'id Research Station in Baghdad during the 2025 season compared conventional diesel‐based irrigation with AI‐assisted irrigation that used soil moisture sensors, Internet of Things (IoT) controllers, and predictive weather algorithms. The analysis employed Cobb–Douglas production modeling, cost–benefit analysis, net
One of the most important intellectual issues, which receive attention is the issue of modernity, it has occupied the scholars of all time. However, modern poetry used to have special care in Iraq and in the Arab countries .. it is not strange that the concept of modernity is linked to history .. or having history as the most important dimension of its dimensions .. because Arab poetry is historical and it is moving into an area of the past that is still active in terms of language and literary image .. When some poets found that changing and modernizing poetry became a necessity of evolution, and one of the fundamentals of modernization, the cultural impact did not respond to the desire of poets, and their impulse in modern poetry
