The book The Laws of Duwan of Mamati's Son (T, 606 E) His approach to his narratives is a topic of historical and civilized importance. The Fatimid Age of the People of Jehovah has expanded its influence and authority, including ministers, writers, doughnuts and foreshores. One of the Christian families that shined in the late Fatmi era was "Mamati", who lived in "Assiut" from Upper Egypt, then moved to Cairo, and enrolled in the service of the Fatimids, where their sons held important positions in State offices.Ibn Mamati became in charge of the Army Office and then added to it the Finance Office, which became the most important downs in Egypt. Through his work in the Duwan Law Books, this book was a living record of the Dawawans in the Ayopean State. The study of the book is important because it is one of the first-class documents that bears the qualities of this known kind of great encyclopedia that emerged in the Middle ages. This study aims to show some of Imam Al-Bukhari's criticism of the Hadith from the Metn side, and part of his methodology in dealing with the correct hadiths that are tainted by a bug. This research focuses on what Imam Al-Bukhari summarized in his Sahih illusion of the narrator in his attribution, or uniqueness of the narrator, or to suggest a novel. We find that Bukhari sometimes abbreviates the hadeeth, and does not bring it out completely in his Sahih. He is satisfied with the abbreviated position but has done so because of a bug in it. The Bukhari usually does not declare his intention but knows this through tracking, inspection, and research of the correct hadiths.
Student performance may influence by several factors in all his study levels such as primary school, intermediate school and even in his college; some of these factors are psychological factors, social factors, and the factors which correlate with student environment.

The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership.
