The activation and reaction energies of the C-C and C-H bonds cleavage in pyrene molecule are calculated applying the Density Functional Theory and 6-311G Gaussian basis. Different values for the energies result for the different bonds, depending on the location of the bond and the structure of the corresponding transition states. The C-C bond cleavage reactions include H atom migration, in many cases, leading to the formation of CH2 groups and H-C≡C- acetylenic fragments. The activation energy values of the C-C reactions are greater than 190.00 kcal/mol for all bonds, those for the C-H bonds are greater than 160.00 kcal/mol. This study aims to isolate and identify bacteria from patients with TCC-bladder cancer or patients with a negative cystoscope and estimate antibiotic susceptibility patterns and evaluate some of the virulence factors. The problem of the research lies in the bad timing of jump shot and layup due to lack of experience. The subjects were (5) youth basketball players under eighteen of the season 2015 – 2016. The results showed that agility didn't reinforce some fundamental offensive skills ending in jump shot and layup. The researcher recommended stressing offensive fundamental skills ending jump shot and layup without connecting it with agility. The training experience of most players participating in basketball league is very little thus more time should be offered to them before getting them into the league.
