The rotor dynamics generally deals with vibration of rotating structures. For designing rotors of a high speeds, basically its important to take into account the rotor dynamics characteristics. The modeling features for rotor and bearings support flexibility are described in this paper, by taking these characteristics of rotor dynamics features into standard Finite Element Approach (FEA) model. Transient and harmonic analysis procedures have been found by ANSYS, the idea has been presented to deal with critical speed calculation. The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.

In this study, detection of uricase production from Pseudomonas aeruginosa
isolates was done by applying colorimetric method, Uricase was purified from the
most potent isolate by precipitation using ammonium sulphate (80% saturation) then
purification was achieved using DEAE –Cellulose ion exchange and Sepharose 6B
gel filtration chromatography column, 16.4% of total enzyme was recovered with
specific activity 2337.5U/mg and 22.21folds of purification. Characterization of
uricase involved detection of optimal conditions for uricase activity, the maximal
activity was obtained at temperature 45ºC,while uricase appeared to be stable at

Thus, rendering them improperly will affect the sense of the interpreted speech. The study included the investigation of fungi which associated with heavy animal's leather (Cows and Buffalos) and light (Sheep’s and Goats )through different processing stages (raw hides ,dehairing ,pickling,chrome tanned and stainning or finished stages)there were 10 genera and 25 species in addition to sterile fungi associated with animal leathers which included Alternaria ,Aspergillus,Cladosporium,Fusarium, Mucor , Penicillium , Rhizopus , and Trichoderma .Aspergillus and Penicillium have observed in all leather samples and different processing stages, and that the first time isolate two genera Helminthosporium , Stemphylium form leather for staining stage.

Four new phenol-formaldehyde resins containing tetrachlorophthalimides in their repeating units were synthesized via condensation of formaldehyde with N-(hydroxy phenyl)tetrachlorophthalimides under conditions similar to those used in novolac preparation. In this work structural modifications were performed first via design and synthesis of new phenolic component represented by phenolic ring linked to thermally stable tetrachlorophthalimide moiety which condense with formaldehyde and second via introducing of phenolic hydroxyl groups present in the new synthesized resins by esterification reaction with acetyl chloride producing the corresponding acetoxy substituted resins.
