We introduce in this paper the concept of approximaitly semi-prime submodules of unitary left -module  over a commutative ring  with identity as a generalization of a prime submodules and semi-prime submodules, also generalization of quasi-prime submodules and approximaitly prime submodules. Various basic properties of an approximaitly semi-prime submodules are discussed, where a proper submodule  of an -module  is called an approximaitly semi-prime submodule of  , if whenever , where ,  and , implies that . The research problem was to identify the impact of monetary policies on economic growth in the oil and non-oil countries. The researcher chose the Republic of Iraq as an example for the oil countries and the Arab Republic of Egypt as an example for the non-oil countries to hold a comparison on the impact of monetary policies.

Colorectal cancer CRC is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in males and the second in female, so it is a common and life-threatening disease serum of 48 males and 40 females suffering from CRC disease as group one (G1) without taking a chemotherapy dose, the same patients group tow (G2) after taking the first chemotherapy dose, while group three (G3) whose patients in (G1) and (G2) after second taking a chemotherapy dose. and group four (G4) consist of (30 males and 30 females) healthy Iraqi control.
