CdSe thin films were deposited on glass sudstrate by thermal evaporation method with thickness of (300±25%) nm with deposition rate (2±0.1) nm/s and at substrate temperature at (R.T.). XRD analysis reveals that the structure of pure thin films are Hexagonal and polycrystalline with preferential orientation (002).         Genotypic detection of some Antibiotics Resistant genes by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). (20) Isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii that showed resistance to (Ceftaxim, Cefotaxim, Cefepim and Imipenim) were selected. The results showed that 20 isolates of A. baumannii possess the bla-OXA23 like gene, and that all isolates possess this gene with a percentage (100%). With molecular weight 605 bp.           In this paper, magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPS) have been prepared and characterized and its concentration effect has been studied on polymers surface (MgO NPS). The results showed that the degradation of poly methyl methacrylate increased when using such metal oxide. Therefore the digital watermarking as image authentication has been developed for those issues. In this paper, we presented a method depending on the embedding stage and extraction stag. Our development is made by combining Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) depending on the fact that combined the two transforms will reduce the drawbacks that appears during the recovered watermark or the watermarked image quality of each other, that results in effective rounding method, this is achieved by changing the wavelets coefficients of selected DWT sub bands (HL or HH), followed by
