استهدف البحث الحالي تعرف أنماط الشخصية الإنيكرام السائدة ضمن مركز الغريزة لدى طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة، وكذلك تعرف أنماط الشخصية الإنيكرام السائدة ضمن مركز الغريزة لدى طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة وفقاً لمتغير النوع (ذكور، إناث)، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اعتماد الصورة المختصرة لمقياس أنماط الشخصية الإنيكرام المُعد من قبل (ريسو-هيودسن، 1995)، ترجمة (الياسري، 2004)، (تقنين: السلطاني، 2007)، وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية وعلى عينة البحث الحالي، ثم تطبيقه على طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة والبالغ عددهم (120) طالبة وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبعد تحليل البيانات احصائياً بإستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين اظهرت النتائج سيادة نمط الشخصية صانع السلام من بين أنماط الشخصية لطلبة قسم التربية الخاصة، كذلك يوجد فرق في نمط الشخصية السائد (صانع السلام) ولصالح الذكور، ومن اجل استكمال الفائدة المرجوة من نتائج البحث الحالي واستنتاجاته، فقد خرج الباحثان بعدد من لتوصيات منها: (العمل على تنمية وتعزيز انماط شخصية أخرى لدى الطلبة فضلاً عن نمط الشخصية صانع السلام السائد لديهم كونهم طلبة جامعة وبحاجة لتعزيز مثل هذه الانماط لديهم. وكذلك اقترح الباحثان جملة من المشاريع الدراسية المستقبلية منها: (إجراء دراسة طولية أو مستعرضة لتتبع نمو انماط الشخصية على وفق نظرية الإنيكرام لدى الافراد من مرحلة الطفولة ولغاية مراحل عمرية متقدمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أنماط الشخصية الإنيكرام، مركز الغريزة، التربية الخاصة.

The study showed flow rates and the interaction between the settlements served by applying the model of gravity theory to measure depending on the number of the population between city Najaf and the rest of the other settlements served and using three functions of disability, time and cost, as recorded an increase in the interaction index with some settlements like them Kufa, Abbasid and Manathira, while the indicator contrast was in other settlements, either when the application of the gravity model depending on trips and socio-economic characteristics accuracy rate was more pronounced.
The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.
