Abstract Testicular swelling in animal must be treated as serious dangerous condition , it may be resulted from many causes conditions such as Bacterial , Viral , Fungal infection and testicular neoplasia may also follow this case history was buck show sign of unilateral testicular enlargement , the general condition was good , the sexual desire was not be appeared because the buck was out of the reproductive season . Ultrasonography examination was performed to detect any form of tissue formation and assessed the testicular tissue. Histopathological assessment had been done by taking a biopsy from the infected testis using a biopsy gun according to the results of ultrasonographic examination, and histopathological test of the testicular tissue showed chronic inflammation (orchitis) with granulation tissue formation. The surgical treatment represents the best choice to deal with such a case, so that orchidectomy of infected testes has been done.
Dicephalus parapagus twinning (DPT) is the rarest conjoined twinning entity of all conjoined twins. The presence of DPT is always associated with mortality before or after delivery. Antenatal diagnosis is crucial for planning labor, assembling a team, and providing counseling. Case presentation: A 23-year-old patient (G2P1A0) at 21 weeks of pregnancy attended the ultrasound clinic for routine care. A monoamniotic-monochorionic pregnancy was observed; the twin fetuses had two heads but one body, which corresponded to dicephalus parapagus twinning. The prevalence of gastrointestinal symptoms of COVID-19 is variable with different types of presentations. Some of them many present with manifestations mimicking surgical emergencies. Yet, the pathophysiology of acute abdomen in the context of COVID-19 remains unclear. We present a case of a previously healthy child who presented with acute appendicitis with multisystemic inflammatory syndrome. We also highlight the necessity of considering the gastrointestinal symptoms of COVID-19 infection in pediatric patients in order to avoid misdiagnosis and further complications. |

The variation of compression index Cc and swelling index Cs with the degree of saturation S was studied on unsaturated and fully saturated soils for different degrees of saturation (100%, 91%, 85%, 75%, 60%), several mathematical equations were found to describe these relationships, these equations can be used to predict settlement during the consolidation process in unsaturated and fully saturated soils.
