Face Recognition Systems (FRS) are increasingly targeted by morphing attacks, where facial features of multiple individuals are blended into a synthetic image to deceive biometric verification. This paper proposes an enhanced Siamese Neural Network (SNN)-based system for robust morph detection. The methodology involves four stages. First, a dataset of real and morphed images is generated using StyleGAN, producing high-quality facial images. Second, facial regions are extracted using Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN) to isolate relevant features and eliminate background noise. Third, a Local Binary Pattern-Convolutional Neural Network (LBP-CNN) is used to build a baseline FRS and assess its susceptibility to deception by morphed images. Finally, morph detection and classification are conducted using the proposed SNN framework, which incorporates a novel feature fusion strategy based on Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) to enhance discriminative power. The model is trained and evaluated using publicly available Face Recognition Technology (FERET) and Face Recognition Grand Challenge (FRGC) datasets, comprising 1,030 real and 2,000 morphed images. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly strengthens the resilience of FRS to morphing attacks, achieving a high detection accuracy of 99.9%. This confirms the model’s effectiveness in distinguishing between real and manipulated images with minimal errors.
Deep learning has recently received a lot of attention as a feasible solution to a variety of artificial intelligence difficulties. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) outperform other deep learning architectures in the application of object identification and recognition when compared to other machine learning methods. Speech recognition, pattern analysis, and image identification, all benefit from deep neural networks. When performing image operations on noisy images, such as fog removal or low light enhancement, image processing methods such as filtering or image enhancement are required. The study shows the effect of using Multi-scale deep learning Context Aggregation Network CAN on Bilateral Filtering Approximation (BFA) for d

This research aim to overcome the problem of dimensionality by using the methods of non-linear regression, which reduces the root of the average square error (RMSE), and is called the method of projection pursuit regression (PPR), which is one of the methods for reducing dimensions that work to overcome the problem of dimensionality (curse of dimensionality), The (PPR) method is a statistical technique that deals with finding the most important projections in multi-dimensional data , and With each finding projection , the data is reduced by linear compounds overall the projection. The process repeated to produce good projections until the best projections are obtained. The main idea of the PPR is to model

This tuning method is simple and gives fixed values for the coefficients which make PID controller have weak adaptabilities for the model parameters variation and changing in operating conditions. In order to achieve adaptive controller, the Neural Network (NN) self-tuning PID control is proposed in this paper which combines conventional PID controller and Neural Network learning capabilities. The proportional, integral and derivative (KP, KI, KD) gains are self tuned on-line by the NN output which is obtained due to the error value on the desired output of the system under control. This process has complex nature due to too many interrelated factors that affected the rate of penetration, which make difficult predicting process. This paper shows a new technique of rate of penetration prediction by using artificial neural network technique. A three layers model composed of two hidden layers and output layer has built by using drilling parameters data extracted from mud logging and wire line log for Alhalfaya oil field. These drilling parameters includes mechanical (WOB, RPM), hydraulic (HIS), and travel transit time (DT). Five data set represented five formations gathered

Practical data was obtained by using industrial heat exchanger operating in power generation department of Dura refinery. The commonly used Back Propagation (BP) algorithm was used to train and test networks by divided the data to three samples (training, validation and testing data) to give more approach data with actual case. Inputs of the neural network include inlet water temperature, inlet air temperature and mass flow rate of air. Two outputs (exit water temperature to cooling tower and exit air temperature to second stage of air compressor) were taken in ANN.

Therefore; there is an ongoing effort to sweep that remaining oil. Field optimization includes many techniques. Horizontal wells are one of the most motivating factors for field optimization. The selection of new horizontal wells must be accompanied with the right selection of the well locations. However, modeling horizontal well locations by a trial and error method is a time consuming method. Therefore; a method of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) has been employed which helps to predict the optimum performance via proposed new wells locations by incorporatin
