هدف البحث الى التعرف على درجة التفكير الإبداعي لدى التلامذة، والتعرف على الفروق في درجات التفكير الإبداعي تبعاً لمتغير النوع ( ذكور – إناث) ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة باعداد مقياس التفكير الإبداعي بالاعتماد على نظریة (سكنر) وتكون مقياس البحث بالصورة النهائيه من (14) فقرة وطبق مقياس البحث على العينة البالغة (100) طالب وطالبه تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع البحث ، وبعد جمع بيانات البحث تمت معالجتها باستعمال الطرق الإحصائية المناسبة، توصل البحث الى النتائج الأتية: ان تلامذة الصف السادس الابتدائي يتمتعون بدرجه عالية من التفكير الإبداعي، يوجد فروق في التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلامذة الصف السادس الابتدائي حسب متغير النوع ذكور واناث ولصالح الاناث
The study aimed to know the degree to which Islamic education teachers employ the strategy of directed discovery in teaching to develop higher thinking skills (analysis, synthesis, and evaluation) among sixth-grade students at the basic stage in East Nile Province, Khartoum State - Sudan. That is, because questions, in fact, are the means of communication and interaction in the class situation. Therefore they are considered as indispensible elements in any teaching approach. Furthermore, it is noticeable that the majority of teachers fail in using them, for questions are often casted spontaneously and without pre-planning.
