In the current study, CuAl0.7In0.3Te2 thin films with 400 nm thickness were deposited on glass substrates using thermal evaporation technique. The films were annealed at various annealing temperatures of (473,573,673 and 773) K. Furthermore, the films were characterized by X-ray Diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and Ultra violet-visible (UV–vis). Thermonuclear reaction rates are calculated for three oxygen isotopes ^14,15,16O in CNO cycles reactions occurring in red giant stars. These reactions are:, , , , and . Reaction rates have been calculated using Matlab codes, and related comparisons were made with NACRE II and Reaclib libraries, and the ratios of production to the destruction of ^15,16O isotopes were found. Flow unit and reservoir rock type identification in carbonates are difficult due to the intricacy of pore networks caused by facies changes and diagenetic processes. On the other hand, these classifications of rock type are necessary for understanding a reservoir and predicting its production performance in the face of any activity. The current study focuses on rock type and flow unit classification for the Mishrif reservoir in Iraq's southeast and the study is based on data from five wells that penetrate it. Benthic invertebrates diversity on the Al-Dalmage the Lake in the middle of Iraq, in addition to the some chemical properties was the aim of the present study, for a period from January to the December 2013. Six stations of the lake were chosen for monthly samples collection. The result revealed that the water temperature ranged from (9-34) ◦C. According to the values of salinity (1.5-14.6) ‰ the lake was classified as Brackish, while the pH values were neutral tends to near alkaline and ranged from (7.2- 9). The study showed that the lake were well oxygenated due to the dissolved oxygen values which ranged from 7-12 mg/l. The lake considered as very hard according to the total hardness values which range from (825-6980) CaCo3 mg/l.
