In this publication, several six coordinate bridged-polymeric metal complexes are reported. The reaction of 4,4`-dipyridine with ethyl chloroacetate in mole ratio of 1:2 gave the multidentate carboxylate ligand bis(N-carboxylatomethyl)-4,4`-dipyridinium). The reaction of the ligand with metal chloride and sodium azide resulted in the formation of the required polymeric complexes. Upon complex formation, the carboxylato ligand behaves as a neutral multidantate species. The mode of bonding and overall geometry of the complexes were determined through physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. These studies revealed octahedral geometry about metal centres and complexes of the general formula [Cr2(L)(N3)4]Cl2.H2O, Na2[Ag2(L)(N3)4].H2O and [M2(L)(N3)4].H2O (where M = Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd) were reported. These compounds were characterised by 1H, 13C NMR, mass spectroscopy, C.H.N, A.A., chloride content, magnetic susceptibility, melting point and molar conductance. Molecular structure for the complexes has been optimised by CS Chem 3D Ultra Molecular Modelling and Analysis Program and supported the formation of six coordinate polymeric complexes.

The research was conducted to study the effect of adding different concentrations of AgNo3 Nanoparticles (0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0) mg/ l in the production of some secondary metabolic compounds(Quercetin, Luetolin and Apigenin) of plant Dodonaea viscosa L. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of secondary metabolites were estimated by using( HPLC ). The explants from leaves were culture on MS media supplemented with 2mg/l of 2,4-D, 0.5mg/l of NAA and 0.5 mg/l of BA for callus induction. Adding AgNo3 Nanoparticles (2 mg/l) cause in significant increase of Quercetin and Luetolin production, while adding AgNo3 Nanoparticles (0.5mg/l) led to significant increase of Apigenin in callus extract.
Umbilical cord blood (UCB) contains hematopoietic and mesenchymal stem cells(HSCs,MSCs) that have proven useful clinically to reconstitute the hematopoietic system in children and some adults . Trials were carried out in the middle of Iraq ( 3 different sites ) during 2009 to detecation and determined the seasonal occurrence of Agriotes lineatus L. Three YATOR funnel traps were used in each of these sites which baited with the specific pheromone of A. lineatus from the first of March to the end of October in the College of Agriculture - Abu- Ghraib / Provenance of Baghdad and AL-Nile / Provenance of Babylon , while in AL-Radhwania was used through May- June. The present study aimed to evaluate the concentration of Malon dialdehyde (MDA) in pregnant women during different stages of pregnancy (stage of pregnancy, abortion, contraceptives and parity number).The study included (120) blood samples from normal pregnant women in age of the procreating were subdivided into three trimesters of pregnancy (40/group), and (40) samples from non-pregnant women as a control group.
