Background: Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is an autoimmune vesiculobullous mucocutaneous disease with life-threatening consequences. Rituximab (RTX) has recently emerged as an effective treatment for PV. Objectives: This study aims to determine changes in neutrophil and platelet counts for PV patients treated with RTX or corticosteroids combined with Imuran (azathioprine). Materials and Methods: The present cross-sectional study was conducted in the Department of Dermatology at Baghdad Teaching Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq. Thirty PV patients received two types of treatment: 15 patients were administered RTX and 15 patients took corticosteroids with Imuran (azathioprine). In this study, new oxazolidinone and thiazolidinone derivatives were synthesized through a three-step process. In the first step, o-aminothiophenol was reacted with p-aminobenzoic acid in hydrochloric acid to produce an amine containing a thiazole ring, achieving a product yield of 80%. The second step involves synthesizing Schiff bases (E1-E4) by reacting 4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)aniline with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of glacial acetic acid. In this paper, an ecological model with stage-structure in prey population, fear, anti-predator and harvesting are suggested. Lotka-Volterra and Holling type II functional responses have been assumed to describe the feeding processes . The local and global stability of steady points of this model are established. Finally, the global dynamics are studied numerically to investigate the influence of the parameters on the solutions of the system, especially the effect of fear and anti-predation.
