In this paper an authentication based finger print biometric system is proposed with personal identity information of name and birthday. A generation of National Identification Number (NIDN) is proposed in merging of finger print features and the personal identity information to generate the Quick Response code (QR) image that used in access system. In this paper two approaches are dependent, traditional authentication and strong identification with QR and NIDN information. The system shows accuracy of 96.153% with threshold value of 50. The accuracy reaches to 100% when the threshold value goes under 50.

The aim of the present investigation was to develop a microsponge delivery system of acyclovir to control its release when applied topically thereby reducing dosing frequency and enhancement patient compliance. The microsponges were produced by the oil in oil emulsion solvent diffusion method. Making the data secure is more and more concerned in the communication era. This research is an attempt to make a more secured information message by using both encryption and steganography. The present study examines the main points of differences in the subject of greetings between the English language and the Arabic language. From the review of the related literature on greetings in both languages, it is found that Arabic greeting formulas are more elaborate than the English greetings, because of the differences in the social customs and the Arabic traditions and the Arabic culture. It is also found that Arabic greetings carry a religious meaning basing on the Islamic principle of “the same or more so”, which might lead to untranslatable loopholes when rendered in English.
