Contamination of the operating theatre is a major cause of nosocomial infection. This report aimed to show the types of microorganisms and their percentages cultivated from operating theatres of 16 health directorates of 14 Iraqi governorates (3 health directorates in Baghdad and 1 in each other 13 governorates) that was reported to the Pollution Control Section at Ministry of Health in Iraq from first of January to the end of June 2018. The data of all health directorates have included cultivation taken from governmental and private hospitals. Duhok, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Nineveh were not involved in this report due to unavailability of their data during the above period. Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus are the commonest microorganisms reported by sixteen Iraqi health directorates during the first 6 months of 2018. Only few health directorates have recorded fungal contaminations, and none have reported anaerobic microorganisms.
The Nuclear structure of 110-116Cd isotopes was studied theoretically in the framework of the interacting boson model of IBM-l and IBM-2. The properties of the lowest mixed symmetry states such as the 1+, 2+ and 3+ levels produced by the IBM-2 model in the vibrational-limit U(5) of Cd - isotopes are studied in details. This analysis shows that the character of mixed symmetry of 2+ is shared between and states in 110-114Cd – isotopes, the large shar goes to s, while in isotope, the state is declared as a mixed symmetry state without sharing. The study has used three different sizes of the samples (300, 500, 1000), as well as to test a component of twenty polytomous items, where each item has five categories. They were used Graded Response Model as a single polytomous item response theory model to estimate items and individuals’ parameters. The study has used the Mantel-Haenszel (MH) way to detect (DIF) through each case for the different samples. The results of the study showed the inverse relationship between the sample size and the number of items, which showed a differential performer.
