In this paper ,we introduce a concept of Max– module as follows: M is called a Max- module if ann N R is a maximal ideal of R, for each non– zero submodule N of M;       In other words, M is a Max– module iff (0) is a *- submodule, where  a proper submodule N of M is called a *- submodule if [ ] : N K R is a maximal ideal of R, for each submodule K contains N properly.       In this paper, some properties and characterizations of max– modules and  *- submodules are given. Also, various basic results a bout Max– modules are considered. Moreover, some relations between max- modules and other types of modules are considered.

Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. It was noticed that the spread rate of fungus Aspergillus was 70% compared to other species that have emerged during the isolation process of the Sabouraud's Dextrose Agar media. Furosemide drug determination in pharmaceutical and biological urine samples using a novel continuous flow-injection analysis technique that is simple, rapid, sensitive and economical. The complex formed by the reaction of furosemide and O-phenylenediamine with oxidative agent K₃[Fe(CN)₆] to produce an orange-yellow colored product at 460 nm was the basis for the proposed method.  The proposed method’s linearity ranges (3-100) μg.mL^-1and (1-50) μg.mL^-1 for CFIA/merging zone methods and batch .The detection limit and Limit of quantification values were 2.7502 μg.mL^-1  and 9.1697 μg.mL^-1 the relative standard deviation was 0.7143 %, and the average recovery is 98.80%
