This research aims to reveal the quality standards available in press images published in the news sites, the Iraqi News Agency and Al-Mada Press for the period from: 1/9/2019, to: 30/9/2019. The research is a descriptive research, in which the researcher relied on the survey methodology to achieve its objectives. The research reached a number of results, most notably the weak role of photojournalists in the websites and the adoption of those the Internet as a source for obtaining press images published with news and reports through its pages, as well as the neglect of the standard Description/Comment below the press images, which plays an important function in explaining and interpreting them for users.

The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization. The adoption of this phenomenon is studied in terms of the role of the internal environment of the organization in addressing this behavior, being the variables belong to the field of organizational behavior to see the results of those variables on the Iraqi organizations, since the specificities of it differ from the rest of the Arab and foreign environments. Colloidal dispersions of mono Au, Ag , Cu and bimetallic Ag/Au and Cu/Au
core/shell nanoparticles are synthesized by pulsed laser ablation of metals targets

The present work aims to achieve pulsed laser deposition ofTiO₂ nanostructures and investigate their nonlinear properties using z-scan technique.The second harmonic Q-switched Nd: YAG laser at repetition rate of 1Hz and wavelength of 532 nm with three different laser fluencies in the range of 0.77-1.1 J/cm² was utilized to irradiate the TiO₂ target. The products of laser-induced plasma were characterized by utilizing UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force Microscope (AFM),and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR).
