Medical image segmentation is a frequent processing step in image medical understanding and computer aided diagnosis. In this paper, development of range operator in image segmentation is proposed depending on dermatology infection. Three different block sizes have been utilized on the range operator and the developed ones to enhance the behavior of the segmentation process of medical images. To exploit the concept of range filtering, the extraction of the texture content of medical image is proposed. Experiment is conducted on different medical images and textures to prove the efficacy of our proposed filter was good results.

The paper aims at identifying the common ground between the tale and some great stories related in the verses of the holy Quran, and comparing the original work with the present translation. First, we translated the tale from Russian into Arabic so as to be tackled in study, and then an identification of the commonalities between this tale and the Quran wording is made. The CP effected the survival fraction of isolates after treatment for 15 mins using gradual increasing concentrations, but at less extent comparing to NTG. The mutagenic effect of CP was at higher level than that of NTG when using streptomycin as a genetic marker, but the situation was reversed when using rifampicin resistant as a report marker.
