تناولنا في بحثنا أحد اساليب البرمجة الخطية وهي الطريقة المبسطة لتقدير معلمات انموذج الانحدار الخطي عن طريق اختيار دالة الهدف التي تعمل على تقليل الحد الادنى لمجموع الاخطاء الناتجة من تقدير المعلمات بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الاعتيادية ( OLS) حيث سيتم في الطريقة المبسطة ( simplex) فرض قيود على نفس الاخطاء نفسها بهدف تصغيرها الى اقل ما يمكن للحصول على تقديرات افضل لمعلمات انموذج الانحدار الخطي . على اساس ان طريقة المرب

ABSTRACT

        The research aim is to determine the relation between governmental consumption expenditure (GCE) & GDP in Iraq for the period 1981-2006.

The research has determined the scale of optimization for (GCE) & try to know the extent productivity of this expenditure and using the long run &short run model to test .The results clarify the following

1-The marginal productivity for the (GCE) is positive so it is productive.

2-The (GCE) in Iraq is too high because the marginal productivity for the expenditure less than 1.

3- The (GCE) percentage to GNP is

The study attempts to assess water quality in Abu-Zirig Marsh which used epiphytic Diatom community for assessing water quality. Many of Diatom indices {Trophic diatom index (TDI), Diatom index (DI), Generic diatom index (GDI) have been used to give qualitative information about the status of the freshwater ecosystem(good, moderate, high pollution). Ethanolic crude extracts of leaves from Laurus nobilis and Alhagi maurorumfor were screened for alkaloids, saponins, tannins, anthraquinones, steroids, flavonoids, glycosides, and glucosides contents. Biochemical activities, including antibacterial activity, antioxidant, and antihemolytic activity, were investigated. Antibacterial activity against Three types of pathogenic bacteria was detected by disc diffusion analysis and characterized by zone of inhibition (ZOI). Antioxidant properties were determined by a diphenyl-1- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method.
