Based on the density functional theory (DFT) , the stability of molecular complexes has been predicted according to hard-soft acid base (HSAB) theory. Relative stability of products and reactivity of soft base sulfide derivatives with halogens (Iodine , Bromine , Chlorine) as soft acid was studied to determine the relative ability of these reactants causing the reaction to be more spontaneous.

     Depending on the high resistance to antibiotics, five isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 7 isolates of Serratia  fonticola were selected out of 150 bacterial isolates from burn wards in Baghdad hospitals, which were later identified by VITEK2. It combines several lenses and mirrors working together as an optical system. The light rays fall into the tube from the main mirror and gather on another smaller mirror called a secondary mirror. Unlike the formation of Newton's telescope, no light is made from the secondary mirror out the side of the tube but is directed to the middle of the main mirror.
