تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على اثر كل من عرض النقود وسعر الصرف على معدل التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي خلال الفترة 1990-2008. ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم اختيار الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك ليمثل معدل التضخم، وعرض النقود بالمفهوم الواسع  ممثلا لعرض النقود، وسعر صرف الدينار الليبي مقابل الدولار الأمريكي ممثلا لسعر الصرف وقد أخضعت المتغيرات لاختبار السكون والذي تشير نتائجه إلى أن التضخم وعرض النقود وسعر الصرف

The study aims to identify the levels of core competencies dimensions and types of organizational flexibility in the investigated organization, as well as to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact of core competencies dimensions with the process of organizational flexibility. This paper studies the effects of stiffeners on shear lag in steel box girders with stiffened flanges. A three-dimensional linear finite element analysis using STAAD.Pro V8i program has been employed to evaluate and determine the actual top flange stress distribution and effective width in steel box girders. The steel plates of the flanges and webs have been modeled by four-node isoparametric shell elements, while the stiffeners have been modeled as beam elements. Different numbers (4, 8, and 15) for the steel stiffeners have been used in this study to establish their effects on the shear lag and longitudinal stresses in the flange.
