يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مهارات النجاح الاكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق على وفق الجنس ) ذكور ، أناث ( والتخصص ) علمي ، انساني( ولذلك قامت الباحثة بتبني وترجمة مقياس مهارات النجاح لدينيس Dennis,2262 ، يتكون المقياس من) 12 ( فقرة ومن ) 5( مهارات )مهارة التركيز التواصل التنظيم وإدارة الوقت تحديد الأهداف والتحفيز الاستعداد للاختبارات(، وقد تم التأكد من - - - - خصائصة السايكومترية، تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة ) 422 ( طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة بغداد، اختيروا بطريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية، تم جمع البيانات ومعالجتها، وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية الى عدد من الاستنتاجات: 6 يمتلك طلبة جامعة بغداد درجة جيدة في مهارات )التركيز التواصل تحديد الأهداف التنظيم وإدارة الوقت - - - - - والاستعداد للاختبارات( على مقياس مهارات النجاح الاكاديمي. 2 اكدت النتائج عدم وجود فرق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الجنسين )ذكور، اناث( في الدراسة الحالية. - 1 اكدت النتائج وجود فروق في التخصص )علمي انساني( لدى طلبة جامعة بغداد في مهارة )تحديد الأهداف - - والتحفيز والاستعداد للاختبارات( لصالح التخصص العلمي. 4 اما فيما يخص بقية المهارات فليس هناك فروق في تبعًا للتخصص )علمي انساني(.
Abstract
The research aims to examine the relationship between psychological flow, psychological well-being, and self-management among a sample of fine artists in the Makkah region and its governorates. The sample comprises two sections of 10th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally.
