Optical spectrum of SN1987A at days 4 from the explosion and its light curve through the first 1444 days after the explosion have been studied. The hydrogen lines present in the spectrum confirms the general characteristics of Type II SN that occur due to core collapse of massive star.       This paper deals with estimation of the reliability system in the stress- strength model of the shape parameter for the power distribution. The proposed approach has been including different estimations methods such as Maximum likelihood method, Shrinkage estimation methods, least square method and Moment method. Comparisons process had been carried out between the various employed estimation methods with using the mean square error criteria via Matlab software package.

      This paper introduces method of image enhancement using the combination of both wavelet and Multiwavelet transformation. New technique is proposed for image enhancement using one smoothing filter.

    A critically- Sampled Scheme of preprocessing method is used for computing the Multiwavelet.It is the 2^nd norm approximation used to speed the procedures needed for such computation.

  An improvement was achieved with the proposed method in comparison with the conventional method.

The presentwork is a theoretical study in the field of charged particle optics. It concentrates on the design of electrostatic enzil lens for focusing charge particles beams, using inverse method in designingthe electrostatic lens. The paraxial ray equation was solved to obtain the trajectory of the particles, the optical properties such as the focal length and spherical and chromatic aberration coefficients were determined. The shape of the electrode of the electrostatic lens were determined by solving poison equation and the results showed low values of spherical and chromatic aberrations, which are considered as good criteria for good design.
