قياس الشخصية الاستغلالية لدى طلبة الجامعة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات

دف البحث إلى قياس الشخصية الاستغلالية لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغيرات: الجنس والتخصص والمرحلة الدراسية ، تكونت عينة البحث من (200) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة جامعة بغداد، قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الشخصية الاستغلالية وبعد تطبيقه على العينة وتحليل البيانات بالوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة ، اظهرت نتائج البحث عن شيوع الشخصية الاستغلالية لدى الطلبة ، وان الذكور لديهم شخصية استغلالية اكثر موازنة بالاناث كما اظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق في الشخصية الاستغلالية على وفق متغير المرحلة الدراسية بينما كان هناك فروق في الشخصية الاستغلالية على وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي ولصالح طلبة التخصص العلمي، وقد خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج.

The vigilant personality of University teachers

This research aims to identify the vigilant personality of University teachers in term of gender. To this end, the researcher used the scale of Al-tememe (2017) for the vigilant personality, the scale was administered to the sample of the study which was (100) male and female teachers. The results have shown that university teachers generally have a vigilant personality, as well as the result showed a difference between male and female teachers on the level of vigilant personality in favor of males. In the light of these results the researcher has come with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Empathy of University Students with Gender and Specialization Variables

Abstract

This study aims to identify the empathy of University Students, as well as the significant differences in sympathy in terms of gender and specialization. To achieve the aims of the study, a scale of empathy was administered to a sample of (450) students collected randomly from Baghdad university. The results showed that the study sample has a level of empathy. There is a significant difference between males and females in empathy, in favor of the female students. There is no significant difference in empathy in terms of specialization (scientific, humanities), and the interaction between males and females. The study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
