A study that collected 240 samples and divided into two groups: the first 120 samples were for diabetics and the second 120 samples were for healthy people, and each group included (90, 20.10) samples from the mouth, urine and vagina respectively, The results showed positive (28.67, 4.00, 1.67) isolates of Candida. In the mouth, urine and vagina, respectively, of diabetic patients compared to (9.33, 2.33, 5.00) positive isolates in the mouth, urine and vagina, respectively, in the healthy. The rate of positive isolates in women was high in women with diabetes and healthy, and it reached 25.33 and 9.00 isolates, respectively, compared with the rate of isolates in men with Candida disease for diabetic patients and healthy people 14.67 and 2.00 isolates, respectively. Candidiasis recorded the highest incidence in the age group (51-70) years of diabetes, as (16.33, 3.33, 3.00) infections in the mouth, urine and vagina respectively, while the age group between (20-30) years in which any injury to the urine and vagina except the mouth was recorded was 1.33 As for the healthy, the incidence of candidiasis was less compared to diabetics, as it reached (5.00, 2.00, 1.33) infections in the mouth, urine and vagina, respectively. Colonies of Candida spp. On SDA medium were bright, creamy white and smooth. C. albicans was only able to grow at 45 C and produce germ tube when it grew in the serum. C. tropical showed its ability to grow surface on SDB medium. The use of chrom agar medium was C albacans in light green, C. In this work the interaction of plasma jet with water and hydrogen peroxide liquids used for assisted teeth bleaching by plasma jet had been study. A homemade plasma jet system was used. The plasma jet supply by 15 W electrical power generated by high voltage power supply of 9.6 kV peak to peak and frequency of 33 kHz .this power supply generate high electric field on electrodes that would be enough to ionize the argon gas. In this research, analytical study for simulating a Fabry-Perot bistable etalon (F-P cavity) filled with a dispersive optimized nonlinear optical material (Kerr type) such as semiconductors Indium Antimonide (InSb). An optimization procedure using reflective (~85%) InSb etalon (~50µm) thick is described. For this etalon with a (50 µm) spot diameter beam, the minimum switching power is (~0.078 mW) and switching time is (~150 ns), leading to a switching energy of (~11.77 pJ) for this device. Also, the main role played by the temperature to change the etalon characteristic from nonlinear to linear dynamics.

In this paper, we studied the spark corona discharge in tap and distillited waters. The results show the shape of cone that generated on the tip of capillary tube is different with conductivity of liquids. The blue glow appears at the end of capillary tube and the drop extends into a cone. In addition, the conducitivity is affected on the relationship between the appearance of the blue glow discharge with the applied voltage. The size of the cone decreases with an increase in applied voltage. The study showed three river turns that are Sindia turn with length 4723m, turn wave 3599 average width 267.6, Zanbour turn length 11374m, turn wave 7110 average width 307.5m,and Dojama turn with length 5876m, turn wave 4982m average width 313.4m.
