The main objective of this paper is to find the order and its exponent, the general form of all conjugacy classes, Artin characters table and Artin exponent for the group of lower unitriangular matrices L(3,? p ), where  p  is prime number.

 The current paper studied the concept of right n-derivation satisfying certified conditions on semigroup ideals of near-rings and some related properties. In this study, new derivatives of 3-C-spiro ring nucleoside analogues were synthesized. The structures of these derivatives were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,1HNMR (some of them) and elemental analysis. The nucleoside derivatives were tested for inhibition of E-coli and were all found to be active.
