وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاوهام الايجابية فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق في الاوهام الايجابية بين الطالبات على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجة – غير متزوجة) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي – انساني) والمرحلة الدراسية (اول- رابع)، تألفت عينة البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات جامعة بغداد -كلية التربية للبنات وكلية العلوم للبنات، وتم تطبيق مقياس البحث - مقياس (الاوهام الايجابية) وهو (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث عن: - إن طالبات الجامعة لديهن درجة عالية من الأوهام الإيجابية. - وجود فروق في الأوهام الإيجابية لدى الطالبات على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية ولصالح الطالبات المتزوجات. - عدم وجود فروق في الأوهام الإيجابية لدى الطالبات على وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي. - وجود فروق في الأوهام الإيجابية لدى الطالبات على وفق متغير المرحلة الدراسية ولصالح المرحلة الدراسية الرابعة. على وفق نتائج البحث اوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

... Show MoreThe research aims to identify the level of psychological burnout among the professors of Sana’a University in light of the armed conflicts in Yemen. The research sample consisted of (104) faculty members. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The results of the research showed that university professors suffer from psychological burnout at a very high level in the overall score of the scale. There were no statistically significant differences in terms of gender, academic degree, teaching experience, marital status, number of family members, or salary. In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of relevant recommendations and suggestions.
