Background :Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a low-grade B-lineage lymphoid malignancy. Both  Ki-67 which is a large nuclear protein associated with cell proliferation and Bcl-2 which is an anti-apoptotic protein which is associated with dysregulation of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway , were thoroughly investigated in many cancer patients particularly in hemopoietic malignancies .

In this study, the quality assurance of the linear accelerator available at the Baghdad Center for Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine was verified using Star Track and Perspex. The study was established from August to December 2018. This study showed that there was an acceptable variation in the dose output of the linear accelerator.          Fibromyalgia (FM) is a common, debilitating, and chronic pain syndrome. The women are more likely to have more tender points on examination than are their male counterparts. Iraqi study showed that FM occur in 1.5% among adolescents of Iraqi population. In compare to normal healthy women, present study was revealed that Iraqi women with FM have significant elevation of calcium (p = 0.003) with significant reduction of magnesium (p = 0.001), whereas the inorganic phosphorous was not differs (p = 0.31). In conclusion, magnesium and calcium would play a crucial role in etiopathogenesis of fibromyalgia.
