The photo-electrochemical etching (PECE) method has been utilized to create pSi samples on n-type silicon wafers (Si). Using the etching time 12 and 22 min while maintaining the other parameters 10 mA/cm2 current density and HF acid at 75% concentration.. The capacitance and resistance variation were studied as the temperature increased and decreased for prepared samples at frequencies 10 and 20 kHz. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the bore width, depth, and porosity % were validated. The formation of porous silicon was confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, the crystal size was decreased, and photoluminescence (PL) spectra revealed that the emission peaks were centered at 2q of 28.5619° and 28.7644° for et
... Show MoreIn this paper we investigate how do the laminated composites behave mechanically when subjected to external stresses, when reinforced with continuous fibers (mat) and discontinuous fibers (chopped) and to find the effect of the fiber type on the mechanical properties. Laminated composites consisting of wood- wood and Ph-F resin as suitable adhesive were reinforced with different fibers(jute, glass, and carbon). However, two different methods of reinforcement namely, mat and chopped fibers were utilized. The mechanical properties such as (impact strength, compression strength, tensile strength, shear strength, bending strength, and elasticity modulus) of laminated composites were measured. Fibers reinforced laminated composite

Show MoreIn this paper, thermal properties were performed by using semi-empirical theoretical calculations to study the molecular structure of a nonlinear molecular system, the (S2F2) molecule in the infrared region, by using semi-empirical quantum programs in the (MNDO / PM3) method. This study is under the condition of obtaining the stable structure of the molecule in which the molecule obtains the minimum value of the total energy. The thermodynamic properties were also calculated, including the heat of formation, whose value was (-61.002kcal / mol), the entropy and its value (78.2916 cal / mol.k), as well as the heat capacity (15.9454 cal / mol.k) and the enthalpy (3763.434 cal /mol), Gibbs F
... Show MoreThis researchs the preparation of particulate polymer composites from Alkyd resin and Iraqi Burn Kaolin which were added as (20%,30%,40%,50%)and comparing with the polymer. It studied Thermal conductivity and Dielectric strength for both of the Alkyd resin and the Composite Material. The result showed an increase in Dielectric strength after adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin , also the Thermal conductivity was increased by adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin .
In this paper, we study the effects of a magnetic force on the flow of hybrid bio - nano fluid (Cu - Au. NPs) for a peristaltic channel through a porous medium in an asymmetric channel. Nanoparticles of gold and copper as well as the blood (the base fluid) is taken into account. By using the Adomian decomposition method to solve the governing equations, formulas for velocity, stream function, temperature, current density, and magnetic force have been obtained. The findings show that Gold nanoparticles have an elevation magnetic force compared with copper nanoparticles, based on fluid (blood) and hybrid nanofluid. Finally, the phenomenon of trapping is offered as an explanation for the physical behavior of many parameters. The ef

Four main types of compounds were obtained by physically replacing calcium oxide with cadmium in proportions 0, 0.03, 0.06 and 0.09, the pure Li0.4Cd0.6Ba2Ca2Cu3O10+δ phase, and the phases Li0.4Cd0.6Ba2Ca1.97Cd0.03Cu3O10+δ

on structural, optical and morphology properties of copper oxide thin
films was studied. The film was prepared by homemade fully
computerized CNC spray pyrolysis deposition technique at
preparations speed (3, 4, 5, and 6 mm/sec). The repeated line mode
was used at deposition temperature equal 450 °C whereas the
spraying time was in the range of (15-30 min) according to the
deposition speed. The film exhibit polycrystalline structure with
preferred orientation along (-111), (022) and (011), (002) at a 2θ
value of (35.63o) and (38.8o) respectively. Optical band gaps were
recorded at these speed shows variance in value from (1.53-2.08 eV).

The present study included the use of the approximate semi-experimental method, the time-independent density function theory (unrestricted), the time-dependent density function theory, and Hartree-Fock method to calculate the reaction pathway of the anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac with its common ionic carriers (sodium and potassium). The basis sets used were STO-3G, 3-21G, 6-31G, and 6-311G. The drug was studied with two new proposed carrier ions (lithium and calcium) which were compared with common carriers. The calculations included the optimized geometrical structure and some physical properties such as standard heat of formation, dipole moment, total energies, and analytical spectra of IR, UV-VIS and 1H NMR. Show MoreIn this work, optical system with different aperture shapes (circular, square, elliptical and triangle aperture) has been used for efficiency evaluation when the system involved moving factor in ideal case (aberration free). The optical system evaluate far moving object, therefore the image forming at image plane due to point spread function (image formula of incoherently illuminated point object). A mathematical treatment has been used to getting results by Gaussian numerical calculations method. The results show priority of circular aperture when optical system that submits of moving factor.
