Background: Ruptured posterior communicating artery (PCoA) aneurysms are common; they usually present with subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) and oculomotor nerve palsy. The aneurysmal dome projection may influence the safety access and aneurysmal neck clipping. Here, we discuss additional intraoperative steps that may be required to widen the surgical field to ensure safe surgical clipping of a rupture pure posteriorly directed PCoA aneurysm. Case description: A previously healthy 38-year-old male reported sudden severe headache and disturbed level of consciousness with a Glasgow coma scale (GCS) of 13. His initial computed tomography (CT) scan of the head showed SAH in the basal cistern. 3D-constructed CT angiography (CTA) revealed a left pure posteriorly directed PCoA aneurysm. In the surgery, through the left pterional approach, all intraoperative steps were carried out. Additional steps were performed as well. Three additional intraoperative steps were contemplated because a pure posteriorly directed PCoA aneurysm is not well appreciated and is often hidden behind the supra cliniold internal carotid artery (ICA). First, the extension of Sylvian fissure dissection to include the distal part and the proximal. Second, temporal pole mobilization is performed by cutting small anterior temporal veins. Third, a brain retractor is placed on the temporal lobe to gently tract the superficial part of the lobe. All these steps widened the surgical corridor to ensure the aneurysm's safe clipping. Conclusion: Surgical clipping is influenced by the aneurysmal dome projection. In a ruptured pure posteriorly directed PCoA aneurysm, further intraoperative steps may facilitate complete access and safe clipping of the aneurysm.
The city of Karbala is one of the most important holy places for visitors and pilgrims from the Islamic faith, especially through the Arabian visit, when crowds of millions gather to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein. Offering services and medical treatments during this time is very important, especially when the crowds head to their destination (the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (a.s)). In recent years, the Arba'in visit has witnessed an obvious growth in the number of participants. The biggest challenge is the health risks, and the preventive measures for both organizers and visitors. Researchers identified various challenges and factors to facilitating the Arba'in visit. The purpose of this research is to deal with the religious an

This ligand was reacted with some metal ions (Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II)) in methanol with (1:1) metal : ligand ratio to give a series of new complexes of the general formula [M(L)Cl2.H2O], where M= Fe(11), Co(11), Ni(11) and Cu(11). All compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (I.R, UV-Vis), elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), atomic absorption, magnetic susceptibility, and conductivity measurements. From the obtained data the proposed molecular structures were suggested for the complexes of Fe

The HSP70 play a direct role in apoptosis inhibition by aligning the improved integrity of a cell’s proteins with the improved chances of that particular cell’s survival.P21 gene produces p21 protein which is a potent cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that plays a significant role in carcinogenesis. The aims of the study were to evaluate and compare the immun-histochemical expression of the HSP70 and cell cycle protein p21in NOM, OED, and OSCC. Correlate both marker expressions with each other. These compounds (Ligands and complexes) have been diagnosed electronic spectra, FT-IR,1H-&13C-NMR (only ligand), magnetic susceptibility, elemental microanalysis and molar conductance measurements. Analytical values displayed that all the complexes appeared (metal: ligand) (1:1) ratio with the six chelation. During the analysis of the metal component, The prepared complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR ,UV-visible , conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. this confirms the ratio[1:1] between the metal and ligand. It is found that theortical values agree with practical values All the studied complexes are suggested as an octahedral stereochemistry.
