In this theoretical paper  and depending on the optimization synthesis method for electron magnetic lenses a theoretical  computational investigation was carried out to calculate the Resolving Power for the symmetrical double pole piece magnetic lenses,  under the absence of magnetic saturation, operated by the mode of telescopic operation by using symmetrical magnetic field for some analytical functions well-known in electron optics such as Glaser’s Bell-shaped model,  Grivet-Lenz model, Gaussian field model  and Hyperbolic tangent field model.       This work can be extended further by using the same or other models for asymmetrical or symmetrical axial magnetic field

The objective of this work was to study the effect of oral administration of Cyperus esculentus (CE) and its alcoholic extract on sperm function parameters in prepubertal mice as a model for human .The animals were divided into three groups each contains 6 animals .Group 1 was treated with 150 mg/ kg body weight /day of crude CE, group 2 was treated with same dose of alcohol extract of CE and group 3 regarded as control throughout six weeks period.      A new colorimetric-flow injection method has been developed and validated for the detection of Cefotaxime sodium in pharmaceutical formulations. This method stands out for its rapid and sensitive nature. The formation of a brown-colored complex between Cefotaxime sodium and the Biuret reagent in a highly alkaline environment serves as the basis for the detection.
