All alive languages had passed linguistic changes that made the mother language not recognized by its present speakers. Some of these changes are: syntactical, semantical, orthographical, phonetical and lexical.During the period of changes which extends over centuries, there had been a lof of written texts, such as literately texts, biographies, personal memories and manuscripts which are conserved until now as a literatel, historic and linguistic testimonies.Spanish is one of these languages that had been changed, so, the poem of the Cid (1145) was written in a Spanish which differs from the Spanish in which Cervantes wrote the Don Quixote in (1605/1615) and the Spanish of both of them differs from the Spanish of Francisco Ayala and Azorin, novelists form the twentieth Century.
Legislative language is characterized by its complexity, specifically in the process of translating statutory terms from two quite different languages, and from totally two different legal systems as from Spanish into Arabic. In the process of translating Qur’anic texts, there is an urgent need for interpretations of the Qur’anic text due to the presence of many incomprehensible Qur’anic verses or words because of our distance from the standard Arabic, language in which the Holy Qur’an was revealed, and the introduction of the foreign words into our language, in addition to the fact that many Qur’anic words are no longer used. All this prompted the need for the interpretation of the Qur'anic text, Therefore, it is necessary for the translator to resort to the books of interpretation if he intends to translate the Qur’an
The investigation of determining solutions for the Diophantine equation over the Gaussian integer ring for the specific case of is discussed. The discussion includes various preliminary results later used to build the resolvent theory of the Diophantine equation studied. Our findings show the existence of infinitely many solutions. Since the analytical method used here is based on simple algebraic properties, it can be easily generalized to study the behavior and the conditions for the existence of solutions to other Diophantine equations, allowing a deeper understanding, even when no general solution is known.
In this paper, we develop the work of Ghawi on close dual Rickart modules and discuss y-closed dual Rickart modules with some properties. Then, we prove that, if are y-closed simple -modues and if -y-closed is a dual Rickart module, then either Hom ( ) =0 or . Also, we study the direct sum of y-closed dual Rickart modules.
