This research aims to know the role of strategic flexibility in achieving organizational effectiveness by studying the dimensions of strategic flexibility (capacity flexibility, resource flexibility, information flexibility, and coordination flexibility) on the dimensions of organization effectiveness (environmental adaptation, productivity and achieving goals) through an analytical study conducted in six directorates in the office of the Iraqi Ministry of Education.

Patient satisfaction and dental anxiety considered as an important factors in dental health care and treatment because they greatly affect the patient's cooperation with the dentist and the extent to which follows the guidelines, treatment and preventive instruction. The present study investigates the relationship between patient satisfaction and dental anxiety, as well as their relation to demographic variables such as gender, age, number of visits, and cultural level. The importance of the current research lies in the importance of teaching competencies and the ability of the teacher to deal and success in his educational career. The research aimed to identify the degree of teaching competencies according to Hermann model of physical education teachers in Baghdad governorate. The descriptive method using the survey method was used on a randomly selected sample of 462 teachers and 314 school principals. After the completion of the survey, the Hermann scale forms were distributed to the teachers.
