Modern sports clubs in Baghdad are in urgent need of adopting advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency of their operational and administrative processes. Among the most prominent of these technologies is cloud computing, which offers flexible and cost effective solutions for data storage and application management. However, sports clubs in Baghdad face significant challenges in adopting this technology, manifested in technical and administrative obstacles that limit the full utilization of cloud computing capabilities. The research problem lies in identifying and analyzing these obstacles, with the aim of providing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by sports clubs in Baghdad. Sports clubs deal with a huge amount of data related to players, schedules, financial resources, and facility management, which requires a robust infrastructure and effective management. Therefore, finding solutions to these obstacles will contribute to the development of the clubs' administrative and technical performance. The research aims to measure the economic efficiency and technological change and the total productivity of resources using the parameter and non-parameter methods, for agricultural companies registered in the Iraqi stock exchange, the number of 6 companies for the period from 2005 to 2017 based on the hypothesis that the agricultural companies do not achieve economic efficiency and does not control the management of its operations, and It may be technically efficient but the size of its operations is not optimal. This study is an attempt to investigate the conceptual metaphor of UP and DOWN commonly used in Iraqi community. Some of the metaphorical expressions in Iraqi colloquial Arabicarewidely used by Iraqi speakers in everyday language.
