The study of Lake Hamrin is of enormous importance in understanding changes in water levels and their impact on the local environment. It helps to clarify the role of climatic and human factors in the decline of its water resources from 2013 to 2023 in order to ensure sustainable solutions. Satellite imagery from Landsat 8 is used, and processing is performed using ArcGIS Pro and ENVI. The normalized vegetation index (NDVI) is applied to show the changes in the vegetation cover and reveal the amount of change in the surface water area of the lake. It is noted that the water area changes in one year as it increases in the rainy season and decreases in the summer, and it also varies from one year to another with the difference in the amount of rainfall. In March 2019, the largest area of the water surface of Hemrin Lake appeared, as the water surface area of the lake reached 326.87190 km² due to the increase in rainfall this year. It is noted that the lake's water area decreased during the rainy season due to the lack of rain, as the lake's water area decreased to 121.52340 km² in January 2021, while the smallest area of Hemrin Lake's water surface is reached in October 2021, as the lake's water surface area reached 28.79910 km², and the surface water area became 59.23530 km² in February 2022 due to the lack of rain during this year. In 2023, a relative increase in the lake's water area began to appear due to the return of seasonal rains this year, reaching 80.88570 km² in April, which proves to us that the change in rainfall in the region is one of the main reasons for the change in the area and water level in Hemrin Lake. The values of the earth's surface temperature are also revealed, and these values varied in the study area according to the different elements of the earth's surface and differed from one season to another and from one year to another. It is natural for the surface temperature of Hemrin Lake to rise in the summer and decrease in the winter. As the smallest area of the lake's water surface is 28.79910 km², the value of the lake's water surface temperature reached 24.9°C in October 2021. It is assumed that the area and water level of the lake decrease with the rise in temperature, but in August 2023, when the lake's water surface temperature is 31.9742°C, the lake's water surface area reached 69.75360 km². The main reasons for the decline in the water levels of Hemrin Lake are the lack of rainfall in recent years due to climate change and the lack of water releases from Lake Darbandikhan due to the lack of water coming to it from the Iranian side, as well as the significant decline in the waters of the Alwend River due to its interruption by the Iranian side due to the construction of dams and the change in its course and the cessation of its flow in the summer.
Objective: In order to evaluate the effect of different typed of Separating Medium on the roughness of the fitted
tissue surface of acrylic denture base.
Methodology: Chosen three types of separating medium (Group A Tin foil), (Group B Detery Isolant),(Group C
Cold Mould Seal),used 30 samples of hot cure acrylic resin ,10 samples for each group, after complete curing of
these samples , Profilometer device was used to measure the surface roughness of each sample in all groups.
Results: Using One Way ANOVA Test and LSD test, the results were highly significant in differences among all
groups. Although (Group A) showing lest roughness, (Group B) showing a satisfactory result of roughness, While

Recycling process presents a sustainable pavement by using the old materials that could be milled, mixed with virgin materials and recycling agents to produce recycled mixtures. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of water on recycled asphalt concrete mixtures, and the effect of the inclusion of old materials into recycled mixtures on the resistance of water damage. A total of 54 Marshall Specimens and 54 compressive strength specimens of (virgin, recycled, and aged asphalt concrete mixtures) had been prepared, and subjected to Tensile Strength Ratio test, and Index of Retained Strength test. Four types of recycling agents (used oil, oil + crumb rubber, soft grade asphalt cement, and asphalt cement + Su

Bentonite, that had been used in the preparation of unweighted water-based mud, was characterized using XRF-1800 Sequential X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, XRD-6100/7000 X-ray Diffractometer, and Malvern Mastersizer 2000 particle size analyzer, respectively. Lubricating, rheology and filtration properties of unweighted water-based mud were measured at room temperature (35°C) using OFITE EP and Lubricity Tester, OFITE Model 900 Viscometer, and OFITE Low-Pressure Filter Press, respectively. Steam a mixture of sodium chloride ( ) and sodium sulfate ( ) at a temperature of 900 and then compare it with the base alloy. The results showed that the alloys produced in this way are very efficient. The results showed that the aluminum coating showed high efficiency in resisting oxidation and provided better protection for a longer time compared to the uncoated alloy due to the oxide crust layer formed with high adhesion as well as the aluminum-rich phases, whether the phase

Elevated TNF-α levels are linked to autoimmune disorders, leading to the development of anti-TNF-α therapies such as infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, certolizumab pegol, and golimumab, which have gained FDA approval for conditions like psoriasis, in¬flammatory bowel disease, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. While these therapies demonstrate sig¬nificant therapeutic benefits, including improved quality of life and disease management, they also carry risks, such as increased susceptibility to infections and pote

These samples were taken from secondary schools and universities in Baghdad area, 123 of them were male and 261 were female. Data on weight, height and body mass index (BMI) were determined in each individual. Smaller sample of 215 individuals (male and female) from the original sample was taken in order to record their nutritional behavior and daily food intake during the 24 hours prior to the visit through personal meeting using special questionnaire. The results showed that the weight and the height were within the range of the people of neighboring Arab countries, who are in the same age. Beside 44.4- 55.95% of these samples were within t

From a scientific point of view، the research provides another scientific addition to the media library، especially with regard to journalistic treatments and methods of framing the Arab international press for the subject of the visit، which could be a starting point for other researchers to complete qualitative research in this field. Abstract: The marsh areas are spread over vast areas of the Iraqi alluvial plain and within areas of varying width among them. Opinions also differ about the origin of the formation and theories related to the formation of the marsh area and the successive political roles on it. Some specialists attribute it to irregularity in the river sediments of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers during their march towards the Gulf. Arab, and an opinion about the advancement of the waters of the Arabian Gulf towards the north before the borders of 4000 BC. The marsh areas are divided into three main regions (eastern - central and southern), and there are ancient marshes (the Susiana Marshes - the Chaldean Marshes and the Babylonian Marshes), and modern mar
