The current study included measuring the percent of protein in the extract of nematode Ascaridia galli that infect chickens, it was 1.157% and equivalent to 11.570 mg /L., as well as the amino acid analysis in the nematode A.galli by using a high-performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC), as was detect five types for amino acids in this extract Leucine, Threonin, Serine, Methionine and Valine as the amount of these amino acids in the extract was as follows 132.973, 26.994, 10.453, 2.243 and 1.888 mg /L., respectively, and other amino acids which Glutamic, Histidine and Tyrosin did not exist in the nematode A.galli.

Density functional theory calculations are employed to investigate the impact of edifenphos molecule on the reactivity and electronic sensitivity of pure calcium oxide (CaO) nanocluster. The strong adsorption of edifenphos molecule on CaO nanocluster occurs by the sulfur head of the adsorbate, and the amount of the energy of this adsorption is around − 84.40 kcal/mol. The adsorption of edifenphos molecules results in a decrease in the values of Eg of CaO from 4.67 to 3.56 eV, as well as an increase in the electrical conductance. In our research, several different Statics solutions have been implemented in the processing of seismic data in the south of Iraq for (2D) line seismic survey (AK18)  of Abu-khama project with length 32.4 Km and their corresponding results have been compared in order to find optimum static solutions. Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), was used as surfactant to enhance
the removal of Congo- red (C-R) dye from its solution by employing a wood of
buckthorn tree as a low cost and eco-friendly adsorbent. Different factors affecting
the sorption process like, time of adsorption, wood dose, initial (C-R) concentration
and hydrogen ion concentration have been studied for both adsorbent wood (W) and
modified wood (MW). The suitability of the two isotherm models Langmuir and
frundlich to the equilibrium results was mentioned for the adsorption of (C-R) on
both wood and modified wood. From the value of correlation - factor, frundlich
