The effectiveness and quality of legislation depend on the extent to which it relates to political , economic ,social ,geographical , health and moral realities , so the unrealistic legislation and its failure to address all the problems facing society make these legislation out of reality , this requires this legislation be able to regulate all aspects related to public health in society in exceptional circumstances such as cases of wars ,diseases and pandemics as outbreaks of corona virus in the word ,this study focuses on the effects of legislative omission on the effectiveness of the administration when performing its tasked in health administrative control in exceptional circumstances in light of spread of corona virus pandemic in Iraq in 2020 ,and was the legislators policy far-sighted to address all aspects expected in the future ,the study also examines the efficiency of the means of physical and legal management to perform health control tasks during the outbreak of corona pandemic and possibility of continuing the necessary public facilities regularly during this period ,this is what will answer in the folds of research .
The contractual imbalance is perceived today by the majority of the doctrine as being one of the pitfalls to the execution of the contracts. As a result, most legislations grant judges the power to intervene to restore it. Granting the judge the power to complete the contract raises the question of the extent to which the judge can obtain such power. Is it an absolute authority that is not limited? If so, is it a broad discretion in which the judge operates in his conscience, or is it a power of limited scope by specific legal texts and conventions? A histological study showed the wall of the stomach in Pica pica and Herpestes javanicus consists of four layers: mucosa, submucosa, muscularis externa and serosa. Also, the present study showed many differences in the histological structures of the stomach for each in both types. The stomach of P. pica consists of two portions: the proventiculus and gizzard, while the stomach of H. javanicus consists of three portions: cardiac, fundic and pyloric regions. The aim of this work is to study the effect of Brucellosis on lipid profile concentration and oxidant-antioxidant status. We studied 20 Brucellosis patients (18 Females and 2 males) and 15 healthy controls (age average from 16 to 60 years old).
