Thin films of vanadium oxide nanoparticles doped with different concentrations of europium oxide (2, 4, 6, and 8) wt % are deposited on glass and Si substrates with orientation (111) utilizing by pulsed laser deposition technique using Nd:YAG laser that has a wavelength of 1064 nm, average frequency of 6 Hz and pulse duration of 10 ns. This problem has many of solutions in search space to generate Sudoku grid by using magic square of odd order as 3. This research concludes solution by proposed heuristic algorithm from magic square of odd order as 3 and no given numbers (from 1 to 9) in each cell of nine Sudoku grid cells in starting of problem solution, this is not similar the solution in old classic methods to generate all sub grids in Sudoku grid. Entamoeba moshkovskii by three methods of diagnosis (microscopic examination, cultivation and PCR) that
were compared to obtain an accurate diagnosis of Entamoeba spp. during amoebiasis. Total (n=150) stool
samples related to patients were (n = 100) and healthy controls (n= 50). Clinically diagnosed stool samples
