The scarcity of irrigation water requires procedures of specific. One of these procedures is the implementation of the rationing system (a period of the irrigation followed by a period of the dry). This system can have an impact on the properties of irrigation channels. Therefore, the study of rationing system for irrigation channels is important in both water resources and civil engineering, especially if they are constructed with gypseous soil. In order to assess the rationing system on gypseous canals stabilized with a specific ratio of cement, practical experiments were conducted to detect the effect of wetting and drying cycles on the physical and hydraulic behavior of this soil and calculation of some properties of soil such as scouring, grain size and gypsum content of soil at each cycle (10 days wetting and 10 days of drying). Where the gypseous soil with gypsum content 65 % was brought from Lake Sawh-Iraq to the hydraulic laboratory at the University of Baghdad, Physical and chemical tests were carried out according to the standard classification system. The laboratory work includes construction of a laboratory flume with gypseous soil to calculate the scouring of the canal and effect grain size of soil by two methods (the standard sieve analysis and Particle size absorptive test) and also calculate gypsum content at each rationing cycle, where the channel consists of two stages of operation, the one for untreated soil (4 cycles operation) and the other for soil mixed with 10% cement (5 cm of cement mixture above 5cm soil) 4 cycles also. The results show that the rationing cycles reduce the scouring of canal in the case of untreated soil by 56.6% and in the case of treated soil 82%. The rationing system led to course the gradient of soil according to two methods. Also its reduction of the gypsum content in the case of untreated soil by 43% and in the case of treated soil 45.6%. Thus, conclude that the rationing system leads to a positive effect on some properties of gypsum soils and the lining of irrigation channels
The history of the impact of nuclear radiation on the environment, as illustrated by the Hiroshima bombing, reveals a multifaceted interplay of scientific, ecological, and ethical dimensions. From the historical context and immediate environmental consequences to long-term ecological effects and human health implications, the effects of nuclear radiation are pervasive. Comparatively analyzed with other nuclear incidents, case studies of affected ecosystems, and through education, ongoing challenges and opportunities toward nuclear technology are revealed. Moreover, it is through the echoes of past nuclear events that lessons were learned which until today guide current efforts on striking a balance between technological advancement

These drawings were associated with a fine literary material, and the relationships between words and poetic sentences are matched by artistic, aesthetic and color relations in drawing, as they are all outputs of a sense that agreed in creativity and differed in the language of expression. Al-Wasiti was creative in drawing these events. Islamic painting has a goal that differs from the goals of the painting arts that preceded it or its contemporary, as it tends to “beautification” only. This is achieved by true copying from nature, just as it is achieved by drawing what is transmitted from nature, transforming and refining it. The

Whereas display the concept of educational identity and its basic components, as well as the role of educational institutions for example the school and the family in form it and reinforcing this identity to individuals. The study showcasing the harmful impact of both traditional and modern media on identity and values, spotlight several examples like the promotion of consumerism and materialism through television programs. which results in the young people to adopt materialistic values like simplicity. The study concludes that media is a double-edged weapon: it can instill virtues and support education if used duly, but it can also weaken the educat

Bone is a highly vascularised tissue reliant on the close spatial and temporal connection between blood vessels and bone cells to maintain skeletal integrity. This study aimed to study the efficacy of Panax ginseng as a osteoinducer in tibia of rat and as a stimulator for bone healing and to study the immunohistochemical expression of osteonectin as bone formation markers in experimental and control groups during bone healing. Material and method: : In this study thirty albino male rats , weighting (200-300) gram ,aged (2-3) months ,will be used under control conditions of temperature ,drinking and food consumption. Materials and methods: Fifty freshly extracted human mandibular molars with single straight oval-shaped distal root canals were randomly divided into five groups of ten teeth each. Group One: instrumentation with ProTaper Universal hand instruments, Group Two: instrumentation with ProTaper Universal rotary

The emission of CO2 from cement production is approximately 5% of the global anthropogenic CO2. This research focuses on investigating the amount of CO2 emission from the Iraqi General Cement Company plants includes the cement factories of Kirkuk, Al-Qa’em, Fallujah, and Kubaisa, using the GHGs Protocol Measures Program (specifically cement based-method).
This study involves adding nano materials and interaction with cement mortar behavior for several mortar samples under variable curing time with constant water to cement ratio (W/C = 0.5). The effects of adding nano materials on the microstructure of cement mortar were studied by (Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) and X-Ray (for samples at different curing time 28 and 91 days. Small ratio replacements of nano particles (SiO2 or Al2O3) were added to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) type (I). The percentage of nano materials additives replacement by weight of ordinary Portland cement includes (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5%) for both types of nano materials with constant (W/C) ratio, also the amount of the fin
