The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease. One of the main recommendations of the research is: (The necessity to develop a deliberate strategy for tax policy in Iraq which should take into account financial, economic, and social goals in appropriate way).

Background: The aim was to ascertain the current practice of adjuvant therapy for tonsillectomy and to determine whether it is evidence based.

Results: There was no any enthusiasm for routine intra-operative local anaesthesia. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is prescribed by nearly all surgeons for postoperative analgesia,
and the current literature supports its efficacy and safety. Further, some practitioners combine paracetamol with NSAIDs, and/or Tramadol-Opioids. Evidence to support the additional use of these agents is, however non existent or limited. For the use of antibiotics, we found some of the otolaryngologist

In the nn-dlay cse, we will exhibit that a nonlinear differential equation of hematopoiesis model has a global attractor  for all different pstive solutions. Also, in the delay case, the sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all pstive solutions of it aboutare presented and we establish sufficient cnditions for the global attractive of. To illustrate the obtained results some examples are given.
