Competitive swimming is a highly researched area and technological developments have aided advances in the understanding of the biomechanical principles that underpin these elements and govern propulsion. Moreover, those working in the sports field especially in swimming are interested in studying, analyzing, evaluating and developing motor skills by diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of the skill, and accordingly, coaches and specialists correct these errors. The researchers chose this (Butterfly swimming) and the (arm length) is an important variable because the success of the stroke is greatly dependent on the propulsion generated from the arm pull, and swimmers with a longer arm span have a mechanical advantage with the resulting force being greater than those with a shorter arm span are. The descriptive method was used in a comparative manner, and the research sample was chosen intentionally are (3) swimmers from the advanced category in the (50 m) The Second International Scientific Conference of the Arab Society for Biomechanics in Sports butterfly swimming. This study took one month to filming the swimmers and take (8) kinematic variables were determined, it was identified that there is a significant relationship between the following variables (maximum time for strike, maximum time for arm (recovery phase), total of arm strikes and rate length for Strike). Moreover, the conclusion was Based on the presented data, butterfly swimming performance was depend on (upper limps) in general, the (Arm length) in particular, and more on technical variables (mainly motor coordination .)
Programs directed to children through the media in general and in television in particular are among the main factors that help in forming the cultural and educational values of this important segment of society, and in light of this the study problem was identified in answering a major question: What are the cultural and educational values that Ajyal channel seeks Space planted in children through my program, Iftah Ya Simsim (in its new season) and Friends of Ajyal? , While the objectives of the study were evident in identifying the most prominent cultural and educational values that the Ajyal satellite channel worked to instill in children, and identifying the nature of the techniques used by Ajyal channel in providing the value conten

In this work, the fabrication and characterization of the electrospun polyacrylonitrile-based nonwoven nanofibers membrane are reported. Then, the membrane's performance and antifouling properties were evaluated in removing emulsified oil using a cross flow filtration system. The membranes were fabricated with different polyacrylonitrile (PAN) concentrations (8, 11, and 14 wt. %) in N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent resulted in various average fiber sizes, porosity, contact angle, permeability, oil rejection, and antifouling properties. Analyses of surface morphology of the fabricated membranes before and after oil removal revealed

Robust controller design requires a proper definition of uncertainty bounds. These uncertainty bounds are commonly selected randomly and conservatively for certain stability, without regard for controller performance. This issue becomes critically important for multivariable systems with high nonlinearities, as in Active Magnetic Bearings (AMB) System. Flexibility and advanced learning abilities of intelligent techniques make them appealing for uncertainty estimation. The aim of this paper is to describe the development of robust H2/H∞ controller for AMB based on intelligent estimation of uncertainty bounds using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). It significantly interferes with essential daily tasks like eating, drinking, and writing, often making self-care challenging for those affected. Exoskeleton robots are developed to enable individuals with impaired physical functions to perform daily activities and maintain independence. This study introduces a wearable exoskeleton control system for the elbow joint designed, providing an alternative assistive solution to traditional treatment methods. The elbow exoskeleton system used for therapy has nonlinearity and time-dependent parameters. To address these challenges, this work presents a sliding mode control (SMC) for tracking the path of an EES. To reduce the

This paper presents an intelligent model reference adaptive control (MRAC) utilizing a self-recurrent wavelet neural network (SRWNN) to control nonlinear systems. The proposed SRWNN is an improved version of a previously reported wavelet neural network (WNN). In particular, this improvement was achieved by adopting two modifications to the original WNN structure. These modifications include, firstly, the utilization of a specific initialization phase to improve the convergence to the optimal weight values, and secondly, the inclusion of self-feedback weights to the wavelons of the wavelet layer. Furthermore, an on-line training procedure was proposed to enhance the control per

Show MoreThe flexible joint robot manipulators provide various benefits, but also present many control challenges such as nonlinearities, strong coupling, vibration, etc. This paper proposes optimal second order integral sliding mode control (OSOISMC) for a single link flexible joint manipulator to achieve robust and smooth performance. Firstly, the integral sliding mode control is designed, which consists of a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) as a nominal control, and switching control. This control guarantees the system robustness for the entire process. Then, a nonsingularterminal sliding surface is added to give a second order integral sliding mode control (SOISMC), which reduces chartering effect and gives the finite time convergence as well. S

It allows to associate some properties on the topological compactification to any pointed flows. These relations enable us to study a number of the properties of the principles of flows corresponding with using algebric properties. Also in this paper proofs to some theorems of these relations are given.
