In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrewise topological spaces over B namely, fibrewise Lindelöf and locally Lindelöf topological spaces, which are generalizations of will-known concepts: Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a Lindelöf space if for every open cover of X has a countable subcover" and locally Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a locally Lindelöf space if for every point x in X, there exist a nbd U of x such that the closure of U in X is Lindelöf space". Either the new concepts are: "A fibrewise topological space X over B is called a fibrewise Lindelöf if the projection function p : X→B is Lindelöf" and "The fibrewise topological space X over B is called a fibrewise locally Lindelöf if for each point x of Xb, where bÎB, there exist a nbd W of b and a nbd UÌXW of x such that the closure of U in XW (i.e., XW∩cl(U) ) is fibrewise Lindelöf space over W". Moreover, we study relationships between fibrewise Lindelöf (locally Lindelöf) spaces and some fibrewise separation axioms.
This study was aimed to determine the mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in exon 3 and 7 of estrogen receptor beta (ESR2) gene in women with breast cancer from Iraq. Different samples (blood, fresh tissue with blood from same patient, and formalin fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE) were collected from women with breast cancer. Molecular analysis exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 has been studied by using PCR. It was found exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 were revealed as a single band with size 151 and 157 bp, respectively. There was no SNP in exon 3 has been identified. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the internal public debt and the public budget deficit in Iraq during the period 2010–2020 using descriptive and analytical approaches to the data of the financial phenomenon. Furthermore, to track the development of public debt and the percentage of its contribution to the public budget of Iraq during the study period. The densities (ρ) and viscosities (η) of ethylene glycol in water and a mixed solvent dimethylformamide (DMF + H2O) were determined at 298.15 K, t and a range of concentrations from 0.1 to1.0 molar. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the backscattering electron coefficient for SixGe1-x/Si heterostructure sample as a function of primary electron beam energy (0.25-20 keV) and Ge concentration in the alloy. The results obtained have several characteristics that are as follows: the first one is that the intensity of the backscattered signal above the alloy is mainly related to the average atomic number of the SixGe1-x alloy. The second feature is that the backscattering electron coefficient line scan shows a constant value above each layer at low primary electron energies below 5 keV. Abstract: Recombinant Newcastle disease virus (rNDV) has shown an anticancer effect in preclinical studies, but has never been tested in a lung cancer models. In this study we explored the anticancer activity of genetically modified NDV expressing IL-2-P53 (rClone30–IL-2-P53) in lung cancer model. The mean age of the participants was 50 SD ± 11 years (mean 30-72); 51% were females and 49% males, mostly in forties who lived ≥ 5 years in Baghdad. The results showed that 80% of individuals prefer red meat. A 90% of people prefer fresh meat compared to frozen and processed meat. A 60% of people buy meat from popular markets.
