Introduction: The bacteriological and histopathological study of Raoultella planticola in local rabbits is not presented in previous research. There is no specific information about studying this bacterium in local rabbits. Hypothesis: The present study was based on Bacteriological and Histopathological changes in the trachea and lung of local rabbits after Samples were collected from 50 unhealthy animals that appear to be suffering from respiratory signs. Aim: To study the bacteria that were isolated for the first time from sheep suffering from respiratory infections, and diagnose them through Vitk2. Methods: We injected them into a group of local rabbits and studied the histopathological changes in the trachea and lungs. due to their similar morphological characteristics. Our investigation reported this bacterium as Gram-negative rods. Then used the Vitk2 system to confirm the species of bacteria (93% Probability). Results: The animals showed grossly results (dullness with nasal and ocular discharge, cough). Then euthanasia was performed to sacrifice animals after seven days post-infection. trachea and lung were used in a histopathological study using routine Hematoxylin and Eosin stained. In this study, emphysema and bronchitis often are grouped under the heading of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Conclusion: Raoultella planticola infections is uncertain, and further studies are required. The previous difficulties in the identification of Raoultella planticola may be explained by the introduction of more detailed identification techniques, may explained in the present study. The conclusion of this study also provides that Raoultella planticola causes mild to moderate emphysema in local rabbits.
The present study aimed to investigate the morphological description and histological structure of Gallbladder in the adult local chicken bird. The morphological description and histological structure of the Gallbladder in the local chicken Gallus gallus domesticus found in the form of a cystic, spindle or pear-shaped, dark green color, located within the visceral abdominal side of the right lobe of the liver, histologically it was found that its wall consisted of three tunicae. The first tunica is mucosa which consists of an epithelial lining layer and lamina propria layer, while the muscularis mucosa was missing. The second tunica is musclaris, which is composed of smooth circularly arranged muscle fibers, and the third tunica is serosa o

Background Radioactive gold nanoparticles are emerging as promising agents for cancer therapy and are being investigated to treat prostate cancer in animals. In order to use them as a new therapeutic modality to treat human prostate cancer, accurate radiation dosimetry simulations are required to estimate the energy deposition in the tumor and surrounding tissue and to establish the course of therapy for the patient. Also it is dealing with four sample of sauce products available in local market that were respectively as follows: Hello-Baghdad, Iraq, Al-Badawi-Baghdad Iraq, Family-Baghdad, Iraq, and Hala-Amman Jordon. Analysis was performed on each sample three times and mean of the reading was taking. Samples were tested through terse and shorthand from lengthened steps. The spectrophotometric method used rely on theoretical and practical bases in extraction and diagnosis by UV spectrophotometer. This method in short notes, consiste

The results indicated the concentrations of lead in all samples (1.61_1.00 mg / kg) and chromium in the three samples (0.85_0.97 mg / kg) while other samples are free of chromium , and cadmium. These elements are the components of printing inks and dyes in tattoo stickers, and this does not conform to the health and safety conditions for the packaging of food according to the organizations of the health and safety of

The edible part of pomegranate is rich in compounds that possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. The aim of this study is to investigate the antioxidant; anti-inflammatory and gingival wound healing effects of Punicagrantum L. seed extract oral supplementation in rabbit. Methods and Methods: Forty five male rabbits were divided into 3 groups, base line (5 rabbits) left without buccal gingival wound as( group 1),study group, 20 rabbits (group2) with buccal gingival wound treated with ethanolic extract of Punicagranatum L. seed extract and control, 20 rabbits (group 3) with buccal gingival wound only. Two types of methods were used in the detection of biofilm formation: the first one was Congo red agar method and the second one was microtiter plate method. Genotypic detection of various virulence factors associated with A. baumannii was performed using monoplex, multiplex, and ERIC-PCR.Result and Discussion: To use the PCR method to examine

The respiratory system of ruminants and all living organisms is one of the most important organs in the body that controls the amount of gas exchange between the heart and lungs through the airways, it is clear that in sheep it consists of a narrow bronchial tube that reaches the extent of lung tissue repercussions. He used silicon, water, acid, and at room temperature, and the substance was injected with an injection gun through the trachea and was pushed gently to spread and distribute in all parts of the lungs with moderate manual pressure. The results showed that the mold shape in the lung and the bronchial branches of
