The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and their increasing numbers have caused a tremendous increase in network traffic and a wider range of cyber-attacks. This growing trend has complicated the detection process for traditional intrusion detection systems and heightened the challenges faced by these devices, such as imbalanced and large training data. This study presents a cohesive methodology of a series of intelligent techniques to prepare clean and balanced data for training the first (core) layer of a robust hierarchical intrusion detection system. The methodology was built by cleaning and compressing the data using an Autoencoder and preparing a strong latent space for balancing using a hybrid method that combines Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) with Borderline-SMOTE. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was used to select the most important features that provide the greatest amount of information for training the first layer, which was built using deep learning techniques, and linking them in a hybrid manner that combines a Convolutional Neural Network–Long Short-Term Memory (CNN–LSTM) and the Attention mechanism. The proposed model was evaluated using two different types of datasets: the CICIOT2023 dataset, which is characterized by its large size and significant variation in the number of attacks, and the UNSW-NB15 dataset, which is characterized by its simplicity and less imbalance compared to the first dataset, to prepare and generalize the system across multiple environments. The proposed class showed binary classification results with an accuracy of 0.94, an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.93, an optimized F1-score of 0.338, and a Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC) of 0.324 at the best threshold on the CICIoT2023 dataset. It also achieved an accuracy of approximately 0.96, an AUC of 0.985, and an MCC of over 0.82 on the UNSW-NB15 dataset. These results confirmed the construction of a strong and resilient layer, preparing the foundation for a robust hierarchical offside detection system.
This research aims to identify the impact of Daniel's model on the development of critical thinking. In order to achieve this objective, the following hypotheses are formulated: 1. There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average differences in the posttest scores of the experimental group taught according to Daniel's model and the control group taught according to the traditional method in the measure of critical thinking. 2. There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average differences in the preand post-tests scores of the experimental group taught according to Daniel's model in the measure of critical thinking. Thus, this divan was really the material and tool for writers in general and poets in specific both in their artificial innovations . Accordingly, modern writers have endeavored to bring heritage back in all its details and occurrences. Abdullwahab Al-Bayati's experience had reflected his innovative and strong link with the humanitarian heritage, in that heritage in view of Al-Bayati means both the humanitarian expertise and gains that are able to extend from past to future passing through the present. From this, the poet had not disconnected his strong link with the Arab poetic heritage .Thus, the poet had utilized the Arab poetic heritage in expressing on the Arab contrary realit

Pulsed Laser Deposition PLD was used to deposit thin films of different doping ratio In2O3: SnO2 (0, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 % wt.) on glass and p-type wafer Si(111) substrates at ambient temperature under vacuum of 10-3 bar thickness of ~100nm. X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy were used to examine the structural type, grain size and morphology of the prepared thin films. The results show the structures of thin films was also polycrystalline, and the predominate peaks are identical with standard cards ITO. On the other side the prepared thin films declared a reduction of degree of crystallinity with the increase of doping ra

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. The research sample consisted of 62 participants divided into 7 headmasters and 55 teachers. The researcher used the questionnaire of the organizational culture. The researcher used also statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One way ANOVA. The results revealed that the level of organizational culture and its four domains were high, and there was no effect of the variables (teac

The solving of this equation is complex for the rigid robot due to the dependency of this equation on the joint configuration and structure of robot link. In light robot arms, where the flexibility exists, the solving of this problem is more complicated than the rigid link robot because the deformation variables (elongation and bending) are present in the forward kinematic equation. The finding of an inverse kinematic equation needs to obtain the relation between the joint angles and both of the end-effector position and deformations variables. In this work, a neural network has been proposed to solve the problem of inverse kinemati

South Baghdad power planet comprises (6) steam turbine units and (18) gas turbine units .The gas turbine units are composed of two groups: the first group is made up of gas units (1,2), each of capacity (123) MW. The design efficiency of gas turbine units is 32%. The actual efficiency data of steam units is 18.3% instead of 45% which is the design efficiency. The main reason for efficiency reduction of gas units is the rejected thermal energy with the exhaust gases to atmosphere, that are (450-510) ℃.The bad type of fuel used (heavy) fuel. Another reason for the low efficiency and has a neg
