The changes that happen in training progress especially in skill side demands tests researchers found poorness for patterns to special tests in defending skills against shooting although applying these tests on other samples without considering the age , so the problem of research came controlling the tests of defense against shooting that serve juniors players and match the original society to serve the basketball game . The research sample chosen for juniors players for Baghdad clubs in season (2011-2012) the sample numbered (82) players represented (7) clubs that their percentage (82%) , after gaining the data processed statically and we reached to conclusion that : defending tests against shooting applied first time in Iraq in Iraq environment that qualified besides other tests help to choose players to represent Iraq team ,the recommendation were depending on these tests defending against shooting that help on developing progress and helps in collection.

The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. Result of tests showed that 12 isolates belong to the genus Leuconostoc out of 25 cocci bacterial isolates, Vitek2 system was used as a supplementary step. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.
Chemical pesticides have an impact on other living organisms in addition to their intended target organisms. Any chemical pesticide is therefore made safe for use by examining its biological characteristics and side effects. The present study was aimed at determining the resistance efficiency of six bacterial isolates obtained from malathion-contaminated soils. Bacteria were isolated from soil samples collected in Adhamiya, Baghdad, Iraq. Biochemical tests and VITEK 2 compact equipment were used to identify the bacterial isolates. Primary and secondary screening tests were conducted on the bacterial isolates for resistance against malathion pesticides. The optimal bacterial growth conditions were determined in malathion-contaminated media.
