The current research aims to determine the extent of the impact of the strategic direction to the  business process reengineering, in the Office of the Ministry of Oil To reach that goal was a sample of community research study consisted (50) members of the senior leadership represent the problem in organization researched in the ambiguity of the strategic direction of knowledge of the compatibility of the strategic direction with Business Process Reengineering and   used questionnaire, interview and  observation to obtain the information needed to search was addressing data by the statistical system spss percentage  and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation .

The Bangestan reservoir, which occurs in the Ahwaz oilfield, consists of the middle Cretaceous limestone Ilam and Sarvak Formations that were deposited in the Zagros Basin. The reservoir is divided into ten Zones (A to J) formed in the upper Albian-Santonian and contains considerable hydrocarbon accumulations. Soils at Al-Koot-Btera were choosen to determine their sedimentary
environments. It is found that there are , five soil series and as mentioned :
MF11-MW9-DM97-DM57-DF95 . The five found soil series are of internal
well drained ,moderate and imperfect. Their textures vary in moderately,fine
and moderately fine.
indicating that sediments rang from poorly to very poorly sorting. Values of median
diameter Md Ø range between 4.11-7.80 Ø .The relation between the sorting
and median diameter shows that 95.24% of samples is a sedimentary
environment of aquite river , while 4.76% is aeolian sediments.
